Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

ShaadiAangan ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our") is owned and operated by Pravision Private Limited (pravision.in). By registering for an account, purchasing a celebration plan, or accessing any service provided by ShaadiAangan, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Service Description

ShaadiAangan provides digital wedding planning infrastructure, including custom invitation websites, automated WhatsApp RSVP & guest management tools, vendor budgeting ledgers, collaborative family task lists, and hospitality room allocation software for weddings and cultural celebrations.

3. Account Registration & Security

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your wedding dashboard. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain complete ownership of all photographs, love stories, guest lists, and multimedia uploaded to your wedding site. By uploading content, you grant ShaadiAangan and Pravision Private Limited a worldwide, non-exclusive license solely to host, display, and format that content for your website.

Platform Assets: All proprietary design templates, code, graphics, brand marks, and user interface elements remain the exclusive intellectual property of Pravision Private Limited.

5. Celebration Plans, Pricing & Billing

ShaadiAangan operates on transparent, non-recurring pricing. Access to digital wedding hosting, WhatsApp AI concierges, and guest coordination tools is determined by your chosen plan tier:

• All fees are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless specified otherwise.
• Purchased hosting periods remain active for 12 months from the date of purchase or your scheduled wedding date (whichever is later). After 12 months, your guest data and memories remain securely archived with complimentary export options.
• Refunds are offered within 7 days of purchase if no custom third-party domain has been registered or allocated.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the platform to upload defamatory, obscene, infringing, or illegal material; to transmit unsolicited commercial bulk communications (spam); or to attempt unauthorized penetration of our server infrastructure.

7. Limitation of Liability & Warranty

ShaadiAangan strives for 99.9% platform availability. However, the platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, neither ShaadiAangan nor Pravision Private Limited shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service interruptions or loss of user-uploaded data.
