Shaadi Aangan is a wedding invitation website and coordination platform by Pravision Private Limited. Couples and families create their guest-facing website and plan together. Wedding planners manage client celebrations, team responsibilities, proposals, and delivery records in their own workspace, while keeping families involved in shared progress and decisions.

01 / WHERE IT BEGAN
It started with a familiar scene: two families, a wedding to plan, and a growing tangle of spreadsheets, payment reminders, and WhatsApp groups. Everyone wanted to help. Nobody had the whole picture.
Somewhere between the guest lists and the vendor calls, we realised something: the people who make a wedding special were spending too much of it managing the details. We built Shaadi Aangan to give that time back.

Create a personalised, mobile-friendly invitation website from an Indian wedding template, with couple details, your love story, photos, ceremony schedules, venue directions, and an integrated RSVP form. Edit the content and design with a live preview and share your personal wedding URL. Custom domain setup is available on eligible plans.

The AI copywriter beta turns your own details into editable drafts for your love story, ceremony descriptions, and wedding taglines. Choose a romantic, playful, royal, or minimal tone, review the draft, and save it to your invitation website. AI access and generation limits depend on your plan.

Add guests individually or import a CSV, group people into households, record contact details and dietary preferences, and filter your guest roster. Review incoming RSVPs, reconcile responses with existing guests, and export guest records for coordination.

Collect attendance separately for each ceremony, including Haldi, Mehendi, Sangeet, the wedding, and Reception. Guests can respond for their household through the wedding website or supported WhatsApp RSVP flow. Hosts can see attending, declined, and pending responses without asking guests to install an app.

Open personalised WhatsApp invitation links from your guest list. The product includes broadcast templates for invitations, RSVP reminders, ceremony timing changes, and venue directions. Broadcast sending requires configured WhatsApp access, eligible recipients, and available credits. Access and message quotas depend on your plan.

Linked family hosts can ask the WhatsApp assistant about attendance, schedules, tasks, budgets, vendor payments, travel, room details, gifts, and key contacts. Supported tools can also record updates; sensitive actions follow permission and confirmation checks. Guests can ask about their invitation and ceremony details. Availability depends on your plan and WhatsApp setup.

Create and update ceremonies with dates, times, locations, and descriptions. Present a multi-day itinerary to guests and see RSVP summaries, ceremony countdowns, budget progress, and upcoming planning actions in the host dashboard.

Families share checklists, responsibilities, due dates, and task discussions. Planners have a client wedding portfolio and team workspace for assigned work, design proposals, client decisions, run sheets, readiness checks, and handover records. Share relevant progress with families while keeping internal notes and agency fee records separate.

Plan category budgets in Indian rupees, record expenses and contributions, and compare spending with allocations. Maintain vendor records with quoted amounts and payment instalments, track paid amounts and outstanding balances, review pending expense approvals, and export financial records.

Record guest travel details and arrival schedules, record pickup requirements, and record hotel and room details for guests. Linked hosts can use WhatsApp tools to review pickups, accommodation details, and recorded stay information, or record supported travel and room updates. These tools coordinate information; they do not book transport or accommodation.

Curate a gift wishlist with descriptions, amounts, and external purchase links. Supported WhatsApp tools let hosts record Shagun received and review gift and registry summaries. Registry links direct guests to the relevant destination; Shaadi Aangan does not process gift purchases.
Shaadi Aangan is designed for couples and families organising Indian weddings, including celebrations with multiple ceremonies and outstation guests. Hosts use the web dashboard and supported WhatsApp tools; guests view invitations and RSVP in their browser or through supported WhatsApp flows.
The product is developed and operated by Pravision Private Limited, India. Free and paid wedding plans offer different guest limits, co-host limits, AI quotas, WhatsApp quotas, and features. Custom domains and advanced capabilities depend on the selected plan.
