• Guest & RSVP Data: Guest names, email addresses, phone numbers, meal preferences, attendance statuses, and plus-one information provided by you or submitted by your guests.
• Payment Information: Transaction identifiers and payment status processed securely through our RBI-compliant payment gateway partners (we never store complete credit card or UPI credentials).
• Media & Memories: High-resolution photographs, registry items, and multimedia uploaded to your celebratory timeline.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information strictly to power your wedding planning suite:

• To host, publish, and display your personalized wedding website and digital invitation portal.
• To record, organize, and sync guest RSVPs, seating charts, dietary restrictions, and travel arrangements.
• To send automated RSVP confirmations, WhatsApp/Email itinerary reminders, and schedule updates to your approved guest list.
• To provide responsive concierge assistance and technical troubleshooting for your event portal.
• To ensure platform integrity, prevent unauthorized access, and continuously enhance user experience.

3. Guest Data & Confidentiality

We treat guest information with the highest degree of discretion. ShaadiAangan never sells, rents, or monetizes your guest contacts, telephone numbers, or guest list data to third-party marketing brokers or advertisers.

Guest information is exclusively accessible by the designated account owners (couples and their authorized co-planners) and is utilized solely for coordinating your celebration.

4. Website Visibility & Privacy Controls

You maintain complete authority over who can view your wedding website. Through your dashboard settings, you can configure:

• PIN Protection: Restrict website access with a custom passcode shared only with your guests.
• Search Engine No-Index: Prevent search engines (Google, Bing) from indexing your personal wedding page.
• Selective RSVP Access: Allow only recognized names on your master guest list to submit RSVPs.

5. Data Security & Storage

Your data is encrypted both in transit (using TLS 1.3 / HTTPS) and at rest with enterprise-grade AES-256 encryption. Our database systems and media repositories adhere to rigorous ISO/IEC 27001 compliance standards with regular automated backups.

6. Data Retention & Your Rights

We retain your wedding website and celebration archives for the active duration of your subscription plan (up to 12 months post-wedding). You may request the export or complete deletion of your account and all associated guest data at any time by contacting our privacy officer.
